We're excited to announce our next MEN'S RETREAT is Friday, Dec 27th again at the St. Louis Abbey and Priory School Campus. An awesome day of Mass, prayer, movement, weight room exercises, a high protein lunch, a workbook and journal, and everything is customized and modified for all fitness levels. Pick up basketball at Chesterton Academy of STL this Saturday, 7-8:30 am. I will be posting more soon here and on CatholicFIT.com about this and other fitness opportunities for Catholic families.

Though you do not need to be Catholic to join us, but anyone who wants to get a good sweat in playing ball with a great group of guys - so to all dads, husbands, weekend warriors, and ageless athletes, come out and join us for half court 3 on 3 or full court, depending on numbers.

Two youth SPORTS, FITNESS, & BASKETBALL Camps coming up in June and July at Chesterton Academy of St. Louis led by myself and John Stirton. In June we will be playing volleyball, flag football, ultimate frisbee, and soccer will learning health and fitness skills for young, developing athletes entering 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. July will be a basketball camp for our same ages ... Mon-Thu, 6-8 pm.
