Gym Update!! [3 parts]

[1/3] Starting this week the gym will not have set staffed hours. New members can sign up online or over the phone any time, and can set up a tour of the gym at their convenience. Sign up online as a visitor and try out the gym for free if you're interested!

[2/3] Jayden Riddle is now fully certified and ready to take clients as a personal trainer! If you've been considering guidance on your fitness journey we now have two great options.

[3/3] If you have been a member in the past, are currently a member but haven't been in a while, or are just considering signing up, take a look at our updated pictures! We have been adding equipment ever since opening and now have nearly twice the amount of options for our members. Since opening we have added: adjustable chest supported row, hip thrust machine, deadlift platform with deadlift bar, a ski trainer, and three selectorized cybex dual function machines. More equipment will be coming in the spring, including some custom branded pieces!

We are happy to introduce our first two personal trainers! Contact the gym directly for more info. A quick bio for both trainers:

I'm Calaeb, I hold NASM certifications for nutrition and personal training. I have personal experience in competitive powerlifting and bodybuilding. My real expertise is in human biology, meaning understanding how the human body works and what it truly takes to achieve the changes necessary to meet the goal. Nothing is out of reach with time and effort.

Jayden is an up-and-coming personal trainer with a background in basketball through high school and college. She loves staying active through hiking and snowboarding and believes fitness should feel fun, supportive, and achievable for everyone.
Jayden is currently finishing her personal training certification and will be taking clients soon. She’s excited to help beginners build confidence, strength, and healthy habits at their own pace.

Update #3- Opening & Giveaway Winner!

We are excited to be opening tomorrow at 7 am. Staffed hours tomorrow will be 7-12 and 4-9. Members can come any time after 7 as we will immediately be offering 24/7 access. The sign up link is now live on our page.

We will have a door access system installed early next week. Members will be able to access the gym outside of staffed hours with the Gymdesk app or a key fob. Gymdesk is free and has several other helpful features. For the weekend, I will email members a code to get the key and enter the gym. Please do not share this code for any reason.

A few things to look forward to in the near future: more rubber floor mats to completely fill in the gym (even under the cardio machines and walkways), locker rooms to be completed, TVs in the cardio area, and more mirrors to be installed very soon.

Update #2! - Opening Date, Equipment

We are pushing back the opening to Friday, July 25. Unfortunately some equipment has been delayed, but things are taking shape at the gym! All the cardio equipment except the bikes are on the way, as well as the rest of the squat racks, dumbbells, benches, and plates.

We will be ready for anyone to get a great workout on July 25. That being said, we will be growing with you. We plan on replacing some of the plate loaded machines with selectorized machines down the road. We have separate men's and women's restrooms but our locker rooms won't be completed until after opening.

Hopefully we will just have one more update before our opening post. Thanks for the continued support!

Update: We are shooting for a Saturday, July 19th opening!

We still have some room on the wait list for sign up. Our first 100 members will get a free t shirt, and anyone on the wait list will be notified first when the sign up link is ready.
