Happy 80th birthday to our valued member Dan!! Dan has been coming to Flynn Fitness for over 25 years and we LOVE having him here with us! He shows up everyday with a smile on his face ready to get a good workout in. Everyone wish Dan a very happy 80th birthday!

Hey hey Flynn fam! Just checking in here to update everyone on a little change we have made in our gym about a week ago! We decided to make a switch from paper towels to reusable cloths! Just grab one from the clean bin at the start of your workout then throw it in the dirty bin on your way out the door. Thanks everyone and happy Saturday! 🫡
