Work Horse of the Summer from the youth workout goes to Jake!

Jake came in every morning ready go! Run, push, pull or jump, he never complained and was ready to do more.

His favorite exercise is the leg press, and can push the weight!

🚨We’ve got some exciting news!

We are starting a new Hyrox Fitness Class in the evening!!

•What will these classes l👀k like?
Sessions typically range from engine/aerobic capacity builders to pure strength power hours and full simulation transition classes.

•When will the evening classes take place?
Monday-Friday 6-7 pm.

•Where HOA Fitness, an Official Hyrox Training Facility!
1121 East Davis, Weatherford Ok.

•Who is teaching? One of our Hyrox Athletes! Her name is Bri. Stay tuned for a post that will fully introduce her!

•Cost of class: $160 per month, come 1 day or come all 5. Memberships include open gym, sauna and tanning!
