Off-Season Training is RIGHT around the corner, every Tuesday/Thursday for the month of July🔥

⬇️Details:
This off-season baseball training program is a two-day-per-week system built around modern performance principles, combining data, movement quality, and physical preparation.

Our primary focus is teaching athletes how to move their bodies efficiently and intentionally. Hitting development starts from the ground up—emphasizing balance, sequencing, and energy transfer to create a swing that is both powerful and repeatable. We prioritize feel and awareness, helping athletes understand how their body works rather than simply chasing results.

Using Blast Motion, athletes receive real-time feedback on key swing metrics. This technology supports development by connecting objective data with internal feel, allowing for more precise and sustainable adjustments.

Strength training is integrated to enhance movement, not restrict it. Athletes will build functional strength, rotational power, and stability that directly transfer to on-field performance. Through our partnership with Impact Physical Therapy, we also address mobility, recovery, and injury prevention to support long-term durability.

This program reflects a new-age approach to training—intentional, athlete-centered, and rooted in the connection between movement, data, and performance!
