This week we’ve had some pretty amazing things happen. Highlights…. Shar came in and labeled up our gym! She did an amazing job! Check out the deadlift platform!!!
Lauren and I have been working daily on our Les Mills Core program! She’s the very best group fitness instructor I’ve even known! Plus, we just discovered that both hate passwords. Whyyyyyyyyhy!!????

Our evening classes are taking off….. Thursday night we had so much connection and energy it was spiritual! Greg Chandler the Handler is coming in the next couple weeks to help us with our KETTLEBELL GAME!! Stephanie was here Wednesday at 2:00 for our stretch class. Along with aiding in our recovery, she brings so much joy to our day. Oh, and one more thing…. Matt, I’m humbled by your trust. Welcome to your Purefit Total Training Family! We’re better together!
