MOVING, NOT RETIRING. Dr. Cook is relocating to his building on 1106 N Washington, corner of Washington and Davis. Weatherford, OK. We will continue to see patients at our current location, 4200 Carriage Way, Weatherford, OK until Friday July 25th, 2026. Afterwards, we will see patients at our new location Monday, August 3rd, 2026. We will make every effort to make this transition as seamless as possible. Once again, there will be a brief interruption of services from July 25th, 2026-August 3rd, 2026 while we relocate. Following the change, all operations will continue as normal. As many of you may know, Dr. Cook had a pacemaker put in last year. This was an unexpected and highly stressful event. Dr. Cook was unable to see patients for several weeks while he recovered from this operation. Since then, Dr. Cook has made a full recovery and is back to work at his regular schedule. Although he is now in good health, the stress has not subsided. Being the owner-operator of both a successful chiropractic clinic and a booming commercial gym is too much burden for any one person. It is for this reason Dr. Cook has decided to change locations and focus solely on his chiropractic practice.
