We just wanted to thank everyone that came out for our Open House on Saturday! It was wonderful seeing so many familiar faces and loads of new ones! We can’t thank everyone enough for all the orders and sales. You help us to keep doing what we love to do!

Sunday we were lucky enough to get out in the beautiful spring weather 😆 and visit 5 great sugarhouses. We went to Marston Farm and had some fantastic maple nuts and cannolis were to die for. We visited Mooncusser maple in their absolutely beautifully built sugarhouse. They had some amazing maple whoopie pies! Next up was Matras Maple who has some amazing maple popcorn and cream. That was the warmest sugar house right by the stack. Great place to go on a cold snowy spring day. We then went to Journeys end for maple hot dogs which were fantastic. We then finished out the day at Fellstone maple with maple milk shakes and warm donuts. Oh my gosh that was so good! We had an amazing time at each and every sugarhouse we visited. Everyone was so warm and inviting and had amazing maple treats! I hope everyone had a sweet weekend and found some fun places to go!

Good Morning Maple Connoisseurs and happy maple weekend!! We are hitting the ground running! (We slept in a wee bit this morning) oops 😳. We are looking forward to seeing so many people today and hopefully some new faces. We have plenty of Amber syrup to fit all your needs! We are a bit light on the dark syrup but will be making more in the upcoming weeks if you would like to put your name on the list. We are open from 10-3 today only and please remember we are a CASH ONLY establishment. Come visit us and go see some other amazing sugarhouses in NH! A few off the top of our head are Natures sweet secret in goffstown, Fellstone maple in Salisbury, Fletcher Farm in Washington, Trailside in Andover, Atkins Family sugarhouse in Washington, Two Sappy guys in Bedford, Babels in Mason, Mt. Crumpit Maple farm in New Boston, and Hunts sugar house in Hillsborough. There are so many more wonderful places that I can’t think of at this moment. This has been a very interesting sugaring season! For the first time ever we have made 2 batches of golden syrup. We have made 5 batches of amber and 1 very small batch of dark. We were only able to fill a couple of requests for dark so far. What we have pictured is what we have for sale tomorrow. Of course as the season progresses we will be making dark and very dark before we know it and filling all of our orders. For this weekend if you are looking to purchase dark we are not your sugarhouse. Have a good night!

Today we are out and about seeing other sugarhouses. This year we decided to stay local. We of course love Natures sweet secret (our first stop), Clark ridge farm (our first time there ever and it is absolutely adorable and they have cows!), next stop 2 sappy guys (they have a brand new sugar house , no more shipping container) and our last stop will be Mt. Crumpit sugar house. Great day out and about!!
