Congratulations to Brandy and her team for setting another world record at our drag strip in Waynoka, Oklahoma! Evolution Powersports and Sand Tires Unlimited have the recipe for the Can-Am X3 platform dialed in!
Brandy Yeager out of Yukon OK take over the Stock UTV record with her 2021 Can-Am X3 X RC Turbo. The X3 has a little help from Evo E85 tune and KWI Clutching clutch kit to reach a new record of 5.052/ 62.15MPH. We're closing in on the four second milestone with the class and the ladies are on a hot streak with resetting the record almost every other weekend.

– Stock UTV-type configuration
Chassis:
– Stock chassis only

– Aftermarket cage permitted (titanium or aluminum prohibited, must be full width of the chassis)

– Working brakes on all corners
– Wheelie bar prohibited
Suspension:
– Fully suspended
– Coil-over shocks mounted to unaltered factory location (air shocks prohibited)
– Titanium hardware permitted
– Titanium suspension components prohibited
– OEM or aftermarket spherical bearing trailing arms only (must mount to unaltered factory location)
– Aftermarket extended a-arms permitted (maximum +2.5″, must mount to unaltered factory location)
Body:
– Full unaltered OEM body (bed delete allowed, no other cutting or trimming permitted)
– Working OEM or aftermarket doors required
– OEM or aftermarket full width firewall required (including all access panels)
– Roof required
– OEM or aftermarket skid plates required
– Working OEM headlights and taillights
Interior:
– Minimum of two seats required (can be aftermarket, but no lightweight race-style seats, 4 seat models may remove rear seats)
– Full OEM or aftermarket equivalent interior panels/ dash/ center console
Engine:
– OEM engine to chassis
– Aftermarket engine internals prohibited
– 1000cc maximum
– Must be OEM bore and stroke
– Aftermarket exhaust systems permitted (must have a muffler, cut out valves permitted)
– No standalone ECU (OEM ECU only, can be flashed)
– Unaltered OEM turbocharger and intake manifold (factory turbo swaps permitted)
– Single turbo only
– Nitrous/ other forms of forced induction prohibited
– Plenum braces permitted
– OEM or aftermarket equivalent intercooler only (must mount to unaltered factory location)
– No ice boxes permitted
– OEM fuel tank (no aftermarket fuel cells)
– No relocation of any engine or cooling systems permitted
– Gasoline/ E85 Only
Drivetrain:
– CVTs: OEM primary and secondary clutches only (aftermarket springs/ weights permitted, no air clutches)
– DCT/ sequential transmissions/gearboxes: OEM only (no overrides or modification to gears/ cases)
