Have you ever wondered why there are all these cars at Waynesville Fitness on Saturday morning? Roscoe's Pizza - Corwin, Ohio opens at noon so it’s not that. The Dollar General crowd doesn’t come alive until about 10 AM so it’s not that either. It’s our Group Fitness Team!

Why are they here? Small classes of 4-6 people (not 30 people a class like corporate gyms). Low price (we are half the price of other boot camp style gyms). Cancel anytime. FREE 24 hour gym access before and after classes. FREE personalized shirt with their name and number.

I could go on and on about why Waynesville Fitness is the BEST DEAL in FITNESS but I guess you’ll have to try to see for yourself!

NUTRITION GUIDES ARE READY! We’ve been collecting our personal training client’s and group fitness team member’s data (height, weight, age, and gender) and will give them parameters to follow on macros (protein, fat, and carbs), and calories (TDEE and BMR).

We are including this for FREE for all of our training clients. This is intended as a basic guide. For more personalized advice and attention we offer 45 minute nutrition counseling sessions for the same price as personal training sessions (see our website).

Business Update! We’re sitting at 135 total members. 95 general members, 25 personal training clients & 15 on the group fitness team. We are not SOLD OUT at this time. Since we instituted the CANCEL ANYTIME ANYWHERE POLICY we’ve actually dropped 5 net members.

This cancellation policy means you don’t have to come into the gym to cancel. You just send us a text, Facebook, or website message to get an INSTANT CANCELLATION. NO 30 DAY NOTICE. NO MORE PAYMENTS. This is the only gym where it’s easier to cancel than sign up.
