Picture day.. but the results are EPIC.

Mounties families, thank you for your patience and understanding during Picture Day!

As many of you experienced, we had some less-than-ideal weather conditions that resulted in unavoidable rain and lightning delays throughout the day. While we worked hard to have more than 160 athletes organized and scheduled as efficiently as possible, unfortunately, the weather was one thing we simply could not control.

What we could control was making sure that once photography resumed, the quality of our athletes’ photos was not sacrificed in an effort to make up lost time.

Each athlete was scheduled to receive three individual photos, and that remained the priority. Time was taken with each athlete to properly pose them, adjust equipment, fix hair or remove jewelry when necessary, and make sure families receive photographs worth purchasing.

Our youngest athletes naturally required a little more time and direction with posing, which added to the wait as the day progressed following the weather delay. Rather than rushing them through, we wanted every athlete to receive the same care and attention.

We know waiting is frustrating, especially with little ones, and we sincerely appreciate the families who showed patience and grace while everyone worked through circumstances beyond our control.

We couldn’t control the weather, but we could make sure the photos were worth the wait.

And we think this little sneak peek speaks for itself.

🏈 Saturday Game Day – AC Reynolds 🏈 gates open at 9am first game is at 10am.

Tuscola Youth Sports families, we are looking forward to Saturday’s game at AC Reynolds! Please review the following housekeeping information from the host league so we can help make game day run smoothly.

📍 Stadium Address: 1 Rocket Dr., Asheville, NC 28803

🏟️ Entrance & Seating
All spectators will enter through the main entrance on the right side of the press box. Only the home side of the stadium will be used. Tuscola fans will sit on the side of the bleachers closest to the scoreboard, which is the right side when looking at the field.

👜 Clear Bag Policy
We are playing in Buncombe County, and Buncombe County Schools has a clear bag policy that we must adhere to. Please make sure you bring a clear bag to the game. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in following the host school system’s requirements.

🚫 Restricted Areas
Please do not allow anyone on the bank or grassy areas to the right of the stands, or around the scoreboard. The host league has asked that everyone stay away from these areas. Coaches and players may still use the practice field and bathrooms on the visitor side.

🍔 Food & Drinks
No outside food or drinks are allowed for spectators. Drinks for the teams are permitted.

☂️ Umbrellas & Tents
Large sports umbrellas are allowed, but please make sure they are secured. Pop-up tents are not allowed in the stands. Tents for teams on the field are permitted.
