Pack out for at this weekend! I’ll be at Snowshoe all weekend working as a privateer/neutral support mechanic for any racers that may need help with their bikes. I’m not sure if this post will end up in front of the right people, but if anyone seeing this needs support at the race feel free to drop me a message or find me at the mountain and I’ll do everything I can to help!

Had another great weekend out at w/ for . Crispy took 2nd, just .3 seconds off 1st, sharing the podium with and . Once again I did my part keeping the rig dialed, which was mostly cleaning out mud from last weekends race at Mountain Creek and replacing a few cooked bearings. A huge thanks to my employer for lending me the van, what an upgrade to have a proper workshop on the road👌🏼

What a rad weekend out at for ! Raced my first enduro in about 4 years, I went in feeling confident, but the rain from the night before made things slick and I went down on stages 1 & 2. The second crash was particularly painful, I hit the deck on a slick wooden bridge after my bike slid out and cracked/bruised a couple ribs, I was able to finish out the race, but will likely be off the bike for a week or so to recover.

Late night wrenching in the van making sure is dialed to the fullest extent. I’ve spent more time working in hotel parking lots than I have in a shop over the last few weeks, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything 🤘🏻 Race time today, get it boys! X X X

Well it’s been a year and a half since I’ve posted on this page, but I have exciting news regarding the future of RollsRite. I want to give a huge thanks to anyone who has ever supported us over the last decade, wether under my ownership(Zack Moss) or my grandfather John Mudge who paved the way for me and created the RollsRite namesake that I proudly carry to this day. In collaboration with RollsRite will be reopening in the River Arts District of Asheville, conveniently located directly off the Riverside Drive greenway path, sharing our lot with . The space is currently being built out and we hope to be up and functioning in the next month. RollsRite will be a full service repair shop, focusing on premium repair services and custom bike builds. Keep an eye on our socials for more announcements in the near future, we hope to see you soon!

2023 will be a season of change for both myself(Zack) and the business I’ve helmed for the last 5 years. The brick & mortar location of RollsRite in Waynesville will be shutting its doors at the end of December. It’s been a very turbulent time in the cycling industry, and operating a specialized business in small town America has proven itself to be a chore of monumental proportions.

Going forward, RollsRite will begin operating as a Mobile Repair Service, servicing the Western North Carolina region, I hope to begin booking appointments in February. As the mobile business will take time to get off the ground, I will also be on the hunt for employment, hopefully in the cycling industry, if anyone seeing this has any opportunities available please reach out, I’d be infinitely grateful.

It’s been an emotional time closing the doors on the business my Grandfather started 15+ years ago, but I’m doing everything I can to keep looking forward to the next chapter. A huge thanks goes out to all our customers and to anyone who has ever supported the shop, hope to see you on the trail ❤️

One of our road customers put an impressive amount off miles on a wheelset, and eventually the fatigued spokes were breaking faster than we could replace them. So Instead of dishing out $1k+ on a new set, we rebuilt the wheels with fresh spokes & ni***es to breathe new life into them. Rebuilding a wheelset doesn’t always make sense, but when the equipment is in otherwise good shape and the cost of the wheels justify an overhaul, it’s an option we are willing to offer our customers.
