You’ve probably heard that yoga is “good for you” - but let’s get specific.

Here are the real, research-backed benefits of yoga for both older men & women:

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury in adults over 65. Yoga builds the kind of balance that actually matters - the functional, real-world kind. Standing poses like Tree Pose & Warrior III strengthen the tiny stabilizer muscles in your ankles, knees & hips. Over time, your body learns to catch itself, adjust & stay steady.
