Thanks again to everyone who participated in our second Murph Challenge at the gym a few weeks ago. We were able to double last year’s participation and it was awesome! 💪🇺🇸

The Murph Challenge 2026!! 🇺🇸💪🔥

What an incredible morning! We had a GREAT turn-out today of people supporting and remembering our military heroes. We are forever grateful for our men and women in uniform - because of them we are able to live free. Their service will never be forgotten! ♥️🇺🇸

‼️Attention Gym Members‼️

We will be hosting the Murph Challenge at Better Performance Fitness on Memorial Day from 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM.

During this time, the majority of the gym will be occupied for the event, so we kindly ask members to limit gym use during these hours if possible. We also encourage members and guests to come support and spectate the event.

Overflow parking will be available across the street.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we host this community event in honor of Memorial Day 🇺🇸
