Putting together a donation drive for our local humane society shelters. In honor of the ones we lost over the years (Dawn Sadie and Paco). We will be taking blankets, towels, pet beds, food and pet toys. You can drop them off at Farrar's Fi****ms llc

Here is what we know about supressors so far. Yes the court made a ruling and the time for appeal has lapsed. No you cannot bypass the form 4 (In Pennsylvania yet) Pennsylvania is an NFA state which means Pa accepts federal background checks for NFA and GCA fi****ms.
Yes we do have you fill out a 4473 when you pick up your item. This is a clerical issue the ATF requires for inventory audits. On the form we check no NICS (PICS in Pa)check required because NFA background check completed.. So as of now (in Pa) we are required by Pa law, to continue with NFA background checks. Hope this help clarify what's going on at this point. Several organizations are moving forward trying to get this changed. We will let you know if anything changes.
