We’re SO close to having every team covered, but we still have 3 U8 teams that need a head coach!
👉 1 coach needed — Tuesday/Thursday practices
👉 2 coaches needed — Monday/Wednesday practices

You do NOT need to be a soccer expert! We can provide:
⚽ Training & support
⚽ Lesson plans for 6 practices
⚽ Guidance along the way
⚽ Help getting started

Our program continues to GROW, and some of our returning coaches have moved up with their children or moved to travel teams. We’ve filled most of those openings, but these 3 teams still need someone to step up!

Maybe you've been thinking, “I could probably coach, but I wouldn't know what to do at practices.”

WE CAN HELP WITH THAT!

Reminder! Tonight is the final pick up games for 2026! 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Soccer Complex.
Also, FYI, the fields will be busy tonight as there is also a college scrimmage happening in the lower fields.

Coach Fisher just made us aware that there will NOT be pickup at the high school turf this week because the turf field is being repaired.

Unfortunately we will have to cancel indoor for Sunday, (1/25/2026) due to the impending weather.
It has been rescheduled for SATURDAY February 7th. (We were trying to avoid Saturdays, but that was the only available date.) Schedules will be updated in the system.

Indoor Soccer 2026 Registration is OPEN!
(Open to ANYONE 2nd grade and up including an Adult division!)

Indoor Soccer Information:
Register NOW for the 2026 Indoor Soccer season - Provided by Waynesboro Maiden's Soccer
Details:
• Limited spaces are available for each division.
• The league is co-ed for fun and development PRIOR SOCCER EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED.
• Teams are ASSIGNED for the players. You may make team requests, but there is no guarantee that they will be honored.
• 5 v 5 games
• Teams will consist of a maximum of 7 players.
• Games are 50 minutes each (2x25 mins). The adult league will have their season-finale tournament in March.
• Games are played on Sunday afternoons from 1 pm to 5pm.
• 2 Pick-Up days will also be available on Saturday March 7, and 14.
• Location: Waynesboro Area Senior High School gymnasium
• There are no practices
• Youth teams will be coached and directed by Waynesboro's girls high school team's players. They are volunteers and are not paid.
• Cost: $60.00 per player
• The divisions:
Youth division 1: Grades 2nd - 4th
Youth division 2: Grades 5th - 6th
Youth division 3: Grades 7th -8th
Adult division: 9th grade and up
• Proceeds benefit the Maidens Soccer Booster Club

If you are not able to attend at least 80% of the games, it is not recommended that you sign up.
Teams will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Please note - there are a limited amount of teams, so space is limited!

2026 Playing dates are as follows:
January - 4, 11, 25
February - 1, 15, 22
March - 1
Additionally - Saturday "Pick-Up" days - March 7 & 14. (Open gym)
Older division Tournament - March.

🚨 LAST CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS — TOMORROW (SATURDAY, NOV. 1) 🚨

Soccer Family — this is it. We are still short on volunteers for tomorrow’s URSL Tournament, and we cannot run the concession stand without more help.

After multiple emails and reminders this week, only 4 of the 12 spots are filled.
That’s not enough to keep things running — and this tournament will be one of our biggest fundraisers of the entire year.
