🚨ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT : Kyndall Kidd🚨

Kyndall has seen drastic improvements in her athletic performance since joining small group training 6 weeks ago! She has increased her pitch speed by 6 mph (+12.7%) and upped her broad jump 17 inches (+28.8%)

Everyday she comes ready to put the work in and elevates the group around her. We love being a part of her journey and can’t wait to see where she takes it‼️💪🏼🥎
