CaNiya never misses class, even when she graduates from high school! Spent all day in Atlanta and still wanted to stop by to say “hello.” We are all so proud of our silent killer! Can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.

Sorry for the late notice, but the kids classes will be combined tonight. 5:30-6:30. NO 4:45-5:30 class!!!

We had a lot of fun tonight. Crucifix to mount to kimura, then armbar, then triangle choke. Everyone is picking up on things so well. This is turning into a gym full of killers. Also, Happy 18th birthday to our quiet assassin, CaNiya!
