This summer, give your young athlete the chance to get STRONGER 💪 FASTER ⚡ and more CONFIDENT 🙌 with our 4-week Strength & Conditioning Program designed for ages 8–17!
TWO SUMMER BLOCKS AVAILABLE:
✳️ Block One: June 1 – July 4 (There will be a break June 15-20, resuming June 22.). July 4th holiday will be made up on July 3rd (6-7pm)
✳️ Block Two: July 6 – August 1
💥 Each athlete will train 2x per week for 4 weeks with age-appropriate coaching focused on:✔️Strength✔️ Speed✔️ Conditioning✔️ Athletic Performance
📊 Every child will complete pre- and post-program athletic testing so parents and athletes can SEE their progress!

💲 Cost: $200 per child (accepting CASH, CHECK, VENMO, CASH APP, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY)
TRAINING OPTIONS:
Ages 8–10 • Mon 1–2 PM + Thurs 12:30–1:30 PM OR • Wed 1–2 PM + Fri 10–11 AM
Ages 11–13 • Tues 12:30–1:30 PM + Fri 2:30–3:30 PM OR • Mon 5:30–6:30 PM + Sat 10–11 AM
Ages 14–17 • Mon 11 AM–12 PM + Wed 10–11 AM OR • Wed 5:30–6:30 PM + Fri 4:30–5:30 PM
