I know it doesn't feel like it yet, but it's spring! Pretty soon we will be shedding our cardigans and coats and preparing for bathing suits! Are you ready? Do you need a little help?

On my program, women lose (on average) 10 pounds of fat per month! You won't be hungry! Exercise is optional! There's not a lot of food prep! It's perfect for busy people! You will sleep better and have more energy! I could go on and on!
