The Bill Welsh Memorial 5K! is on Sunday January 21, 2024 to Sunday February 18, 2024. It includes the following events: Invitation Only 5K (Prior Winter Series Participants and their "Peeps") and Bill Welsh Memorial WS 5K! - Come Celebrate a Legend (GP 500pts).

The PCRC might be gone... but its spirit lives on! The Core Runners continue to support PCTI and have kept the Winter Series alive! This year, due to COVID we need to pull the Series forward into the WARMER months as all the Series events will need to be conducted 100% outside. Please join us as we kickoff this years PCTI "Fall" Series this Sunday, 11/15 at PCTI. 11am Start! (REG is 100% online)

The 2020 PCTI Fall Series is on Sunday November 15, 2020 to Sunday December 6, 2020. It includes the following events: 2020 PCTI Fall Series - Race #1, 2020 PCTI Fall Series - Race #2, 2020 PCTI Fall Series - Race #3, and 2020 PCTI Fall Series - All 3 Races.

The Passaic County Runners Club has been disbanded for several year now but its events live on as does its fighting spirit. If you have run the PCTI course you know exactly what I'm talking about. That said, the PCTI Winter Series will continue through the 2021-22 Winter as long as people keep coming. As an initial step in the right direction a small group of the Series runners have been gathering each weekend to run a "social distance". We run each course at our own pace and maintain the necessary proximity. We have run four (4) weeks now (pics below) and I'm going to start to post the details of where we ran and were we will run here just in case other Series participants, or those that might be interested can join in on this safe way to "go the distance" outside with others!. As a first point of interest runs for the upcoming weekend are posted Friday by noon as we need to understand what the weather will be like. We always run at 9:30AM unless specified otherwise. We will run a certified course in the area on either Saturday or Sunday and the USATF Certified Course map will be shared with the run's post. Hope to see those that might be interested at our runs!

A look at the first couple of Winter Series at Passaic County Tech! Tomorrow is the Finale which is also doubles an an individual USATF of New Jersey 500pt event. $20 No frills entry gains admittance to one of the best race Finales (well its the only)... in the dead of the Winter! With temps in the low 40s and sunny come race start tomorrow, Sunday, January 26th its not one to miss.
