Champion Soccer School was founded in 2002 and co-owned by Charles Goodhue and Brian Bisceglia-Kane. Champion runs soccer camps and clinics in Wayland and Belmont all summer long for boys and girls entering grades K-12. We strive to develop camp programs that meet the needs of all children. Brian and Charles were teammates on the Brandeis University soccer team and are both local high school socce

r coaches. Brian is also a 3rd grade teacher at the Butler School in Belmont. Charles and Brian hand select their stellar staff with reliable, hard working, and skilled people. Camp leaders come from colleges such as Bentley, Trinity, Tufts and Brandeis. Our group leaders bring and group counselors have the ability to communicate with every age and ability level from first year campers to varsity players preparing for their upcoming seasons.

The CSS Cup is a measure of sportsmanship and respect. Every day each group is scored. are they listening to coaches, helping coaches, respecting coaches, respecting each other, supporting each other, supporting the ideals of a safe playing environment. It’s not always easy—each week different personalities come together into new training groups, and our coaches and directors make it a targeted point of emphasis over just five days to coach and reward positive behaviors and learn from and address more challenging experiences.

These two groups of girls absolutely excelled this past week! Congrats on tying for the CSS Cup Championship!
