Have you started decluttering your mind for the challenge? This weekend, spend a little time meditating or practicing mindfulness. This doesn’t have to be fancy or intense. You can simply find a comfortable place to sit and be quiet. To take it up a notch, every time a thought crosses your mind, acknowledge and dismiss it to clear your mind. Music or a cup of tea are optional but can add a layer of relaxation!
