🦿Despite knee replacements, we have developed a strategy to ensure that our members with limited movement can STILL work hard and lose weight. It’s been really fun to see people start very limited in what they can do to very quickly gaining strength and balance as well as drop weight 🔥

I want to encourage anyone who has gone through surgeries and operations, you can still do this. You can lose the weight. It doesn’t matter if it looks the same as everyone else because it shouldn’t. It’s about where you’re at and what you can do. But I ensure you, you can still win.
