I was asked about my time as a disaster recovery contractor and the experience of how the affected areas was prepared to handle the storms. My response to him was that after 2002 a lot of planning went forth to ensure that the residents were kept safe. In that planning there was always a well organized plan of action before and after the storm. I don’t know what happened here in Waycross that’s my answer to the other part Sir I make no excuses and I only speak from my experiences and interactions.
