Just wanted to give everyone an update. It looks like we will finally be able to close in January. This means we should begin construction sometime in March. Thank you all for your patience. Hello everyone! We hope everyone has stayed safe and well through this pandemic. We just wanted to provide an update on the Waxhaw NC Anytime Fitness. As things have started to turn the corner, we hope to be able to start building sometime in the next 3-4 months give or take. Thank you for all your patience during this time and we are looking forward to being able to provide a top notch fitness facility for all to enjoy. Please let us know if you have any questions. Hey Everyone! Just a quick message to let those know who are still inquiring if/when we are coming to Waxhaw. The answer remains “YES!” We continue to work behind the scenes to get the facility built and open. Many obstacles have been thrown on our past but we remain positive, as we are inching closer despite the most recent challenge of COVID-19. Thank you for all your support, inquiries and interest in our facility. We will continue to update this page on a more regular basis so please help spread the word! It will definitely have been worth the wait!

Well exciting news! Waxhaw Board of Commissioners approved the developers Phase 1 plan for Prescott Village. That means they can FINALLY set a closing date and we will be able to obtain building permits to start building. Once we have that date we will announce it. We are targeting by end of 2019, fingers crossed we start building in January. You should see a coming soon sign very soon! Thanks for all your patience!

Some more news to report. The developers went before the planning board and two of the three necessary steps have been met and given the thumbs up. The last and hopefully final approval for the first phase is August 27th with the Board of Commissioners. If all goes well, we hope to get the approval from the bank to start our process of getting Anytime Fitness of Waxhaw up and running. Wish us luck, we are excited to bring this fabulous facility to Waxhaw. Indoor/Outdoor training options with team training, senior and teen programming, personal training and nutritional services.
