Pilates isn’t just about getting down on the mat! Our Aging Strong class is designed specifically for adults 60+, with movements that focus on strength, mobility, balance, and confidence—all without having to get down on the floor if that suits your comfort level.

I wanted to walk you through what you can expect in class, starting with gentle stretches for the lower back and then moving into seated strength work with weights. You’ll also meet one of our wonderful clients, Barbara, who shows just how approachable and enjoyable movement can be! 🤍

If you’re looking for a fun, low-impact way to stay active and strong without getting on the ground, this class is for you!
