Just getting back into it. And remember—it’s not about when you start, it’s about getting started. Walking, training, swimming, jump roping, dancing… just keep moving.
My daily reminder to myself every time I step into the gym or outdoors:
My workout space is my therapy. Whether it’s the gym or the track outside, it’s my peace. It’s my moment to talk to God or dance like nobody’s watching.
So I say to you—find what works for you and start moving. 💙

Today’s workout started with a solid 16-mile bike ride through Highland Park, East Dallas, Deep Ellum, Downtown Dallas, and back to Highland Park. Afterward, I hit the gym for a 45-minute boxing session, crushed some step aerobics, powered through core abs, and finished up with 30 minutes on the rowing machine. A shower later, and the rest of the day is history! Feeling amazing and ready for more. ⏰ 🌞

Morning Workout Grind!

Today’s workout started with a solid 16-mile bike ride through Highland Park, East Dallas, Deep Ellum, Downtown Dallas, and back to Highland Park. Afterward, I hit the gym for a 45-minute boxing session, crushed some step aerobics, powered through core abs, and finished up with 30 minutes on the rowing machine. Good morning, everyone! I’ve been working on a few things and will be posting more low-carb, sugar-free meal ideas and other wellness tips on my website soon. As we head into the new year, I’m shifting my focus to topics that matter most—mindset, nutrition, and chronic disease management.
