Here's the most recent update that we have heard; seems that the ATF still has until the 4th of October to rebuttal which I don't believe they will. Other than that, really nothing to report on anything at this time, still in the dark. We are still getting form 3's from plaintiffs that were involved in the settlement for our 2nd amendment rights and currently still processing form 4's to customers.

As you can see, most are only taking 1 day approvals. And we are still selling cans like crazy and some customers are putting them on layaway to wait for the new procedure for using 4473's (which we can't wait to do!)

Update:Looks like maybe Tuesday the 18th they should have it hopefully updated 🤞🏻 for the the process using 4473 forms.

Just an update to let everyone know:

Also, we will not be changing the standard operating procedure until official rule change goes through which could take up to 60 days or more.... DOJ can still appeal... DOJ has to publish a letter of intent to not prosecute or recend the section of legal code on top of ATF official rule change and procedure.

So, I hear tomorrow the ATF will release new guidance on how to legally proceed with purchasing or making former NFA ite...

So, I hear tomorrow the ATF will release new guidance on how to legally proceed with purchasing or making former NFA items like silencers, SBR's, SBS's and AOW's. This is without doing a Form 1 or Form 4, those are now only applicable to machine guns and destructive devices of course but we've been getting tons of calls, texts, and emails about this so stay tuned!
