At Last...finished building wheels and installed on bike.

Again, thanks to John at Cantu Wheels for building the carbon fiber, bladed spoke Clydesdale wheel set. It literally took 7lbs off the bike and provides a more durable ride.

Good and Not So Good News:

Apparently all HOA issues are now closed. Unfortunately, due to a small house fire, I won't be available for a few weeks. Everything is fine, Im good and will be back at it as soon as restoration efforts are completed.

The owner of Cantu Wheels personally dropped off a wheel set I had him build for me. Carbon fiber 700c diameter and will accommodate a 45c width tire. He is on his way to Kansas from Waco for some rides and vendor type show. He's very well known in the custom wheel world. The benefit to me is that its a Clydesdale build, meaning no more broken spokes, a better ratchet type hub for faster engagement, bladed spokes and super light rims. Now I can park my 34lb mountain bike and, Get My Ride On.

Know Anyone?

This little bike, in excellent condition was donated to my hobby shop today by a friend, Jennifer Arnold. Our hope is that it can get to a family that could use it.

If you know someone with an age 5 to 7 year old child, please have them contact me at 972-352-1153. Its a 16in wheel bike, suitable for the age listed. Once the bike is picked up, Ill delete this post.
