He came to most lessons with a smile and every lesson he wore his signature Buc-ee’s gear! Watching him build real water safety skills has been such a joy. He’s Buc-ee’s #1 fan but I’m his!! So proud of how far he’s come 💙 🦫

Clothing lessons matter—because real life doesn’t happen in swimsuits.

Most child drownings (fatal and non-fatal) happen outside of planned swim time, often when kids are fully clothed and not expected to be in the water. In fact, studies show up to 70%+ of incidents occur during non-swim times, and nearly 88% happen with at least one adult present.

Sloppy swimming = danger.

➡️ instant reset
➡️ back float
➡️ breathing again

Toys can wait.
Air can’t.
Mom handles the float drama.

👀Do you see the connection? Seated walkers and puddle jumpers create dependence and delay development. A false sense of confidence tells them they can walk, they can swim, but they would have a drastically different experience without that device. It wasn’t until I got rid of the seated walker that I saw true development in my son learning to walk. Let them learn in their own bodies! They are capable of so much more.

Children are capable of escaping your watchful eye, even if it’s just for a few seconds BUT they are also capable of learning self rescue swim skills. Sign up for ISR Lessons so a lapse in supervision doesn’t make you ask what if.
