Movement.

Exercise helps kids feel stronger, more capable, more energized, and more confident in who they are. It teaches them how to try new things, work through challenges, and take pride in what their bodies can do.

That’s exactly what our Summer Strength & Conditioning programs are all about.

Whether your child plays sports, loves being active, or simply needs a positive way to stay moving this summer, these sessions are designed to help kids build strength, confidence, coordination, and healthy habits in a fun and encouraging environment.

🟢6th–7th Grade Program
Mondays & Wednesdays
7:15–8:00 AM
June 1 – July 8

To all the teachers who pour their energy, patience, encouragement, and heart into students every single day — we see you, and we appreciate you more than words can say. After a long school year spent taking care of everyone else, we’d love the chance to give something back to you.

As a small thank-you for all that you do, we’re inviting teachers to enjoy a FREE week of classes at our gym June 8–12. Come move, recharge, have fun, and take a little time for yourself — you’ve earned it. 💙
