CV Crush 18U Defeats Iowa Sticks 2027/2028
To a cap off a 3-0-1 Weekend at the Prospect Select Iowa Fall Open Tournament.

Gavin Gerbracht drove in six runs on one hit to lead CV Crush 18U Harris past Iowa Sticks 2027/2028 12-0 on Sunday. In the first inning, Gerbracht hit a grand slam to right field.

CV Crush 18U won thanks in part to seven runs in the first inning. Dax Flanagan singled, scoring two runs, Gerbracht hit a grand slam to right field, and Carter Caithaml grounded out, scoring one run.

CV Crush 18U Harris added three more runs in the top of the third inning on three hits. Grady Harris hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Braden Severson homered to left field, scoring two runs.

Jaxen Kramer earned the win for CV Crush 18U Harris. The starter gave up three hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out two and walking four.

Severson went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead CV Crush 18U Harris in hits. Calvin Gunderson paced CV Crush 18U Harris with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, tallying seven walks for the game. CV Crush 18U Harris were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Cooper Mackenzie made the most plays with five.

Crush boys keep it Rolling Sunday!

CV Crush 18U beat Nebraska Prospects 2029 Red 16U 7-4 on Sunday.

CV Crush 18U opened the scoring in the first after Cooper Mackenzie hit a solo home run to center Field.

Gavin Gerbracht earned the win for CV Crush 18U. The right-handed pitcher surrendered two hits and one run (zero earned) over two and two-thirds innings, striking out four and walking one. Ryan led things off on the bump for CV Crush 18U The right-handed pitcher surrendered four hits and three runs over three and one-third innings, striking out four and walking two.

A single by Calvin Gunderson put CV Crush 18U on the board in the bottom of the fourth.

A triple by Thomas Gettman gave CV Crush 18U the lead, 3-2, in the bottom of the fifth.

Braden Severson stepped on the bump first for CV Crush 18U The starting pitcher allowed zero hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out five and walking three.

Gunderson, Ayden Williams, Gettman, and Cooper Mackenzie each collected one hit for CV Crush 18U. Gettman went 1-for-3 at the plate and led the team with two runs batted in.

CV Crush 18U snatched the lead late in their 4-3 victory over Top Tier Iowa 2028 - Nationals 17U on Saturday. The game was tied at three in the top of the fifth when Cash Ryan hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run.

CV Crush 18U took the lead in the top of the fourth inning after Ayden Williams tripled to center field, Cooper Mackenzie singled down the left field line, and Gavin Gerbracht singled to right field, each scoring one run.

Dax Flanagan earned the win for CV Crush 18U Harris. The southpaw gave up six hits and three runs over four and two-thirds innings, striking out four and walking one.
Calvin Gunderson collected the save.

Grady Harris and Mackenzie each collected two hits for CV Crush 18U. Ryan, Gerbracht, Williams, and Mackenzie each drove in one run for CV Crush 18U.

CV Crush 18U Firing On All Cylinders Against Iowa Sticks 27/28 Black

CVC beat Iowa Sticks 27/28 Black 13-4 on Sunday.

Severson earned the win on the mound.
The righty gave up one hit and three runs over three innings, striking out five and walking five.

Harris, Williams, and McCarter each drove in two runs for Crush.
Williams went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead the team.
