At this point that sounds less like avoidance and more like basic maintenance.

Sometimes adulthood needs to get muted for a few hours while you stand near water, clear your head, and pretend emails, bills, and responsibilities belong to somebody else for a while. The problems will still be there later.

Might as well reset first. 🎣
