Waverly Summer Co-Ed Softball League

Hello waverly softball friends. We will not be hosting a summer league this year. We enjoyed everyone that least two years!

Please take a look at Surry parks and Rec, they are hosting two summer leagues including a co ed league.

Be on the lookout though... we will soon be announcing a summer adult kickball tournament.

Hello everyone. Originally we planned a playoff game tonight but due to lower participation levels and the general drawn out feel of this season, we are going to call off the game and call the season over.

We have had a great time playing with everyone. Many thanks to the team managers: Dennis Hatch, Kimball Hatch, and Tara Norris for keeping your teams going. Thank you to Michael Berryman for the outstanding umpiring. Thank you to the ruritans for the wonderful concessions.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again next season!

Hit Squad needs to win to get in.

Yall already know. You need a canoe to get from the parking lot to the ballfield. You need mudbog tires to round the bases. I built an ark... but it sank. No ballgame today. Next week looks good to finish it off

Hey call, we have to cancel this week because (looks outside) you can't play softball on jetskis. The rain has taken us out so everything is pushed to next week.
