It's been a hot minute since I've posted about juice! This video is for our pickleball friends Dave and Carol who were curious about the secret to vitality... FRESH JUICE. Not so secret recipe: half or whole lemon (depending on taste preference, Big Chunk of ginger, one cucumber, 4 small organic Granny Smith apples, a bit of Kale if you prefer a dark green color. Cheers!!!! Thank you Madison Linn Knabe and Taylor Turner for loaning your juicer and kitchen for this video. Thank you Kimberly Parsa for the apron straight in from Paris! As you can see, that sweet baby sleeps through everything, including the wood chipper (oops - I mean juicer).

Join us for a PR Walk & Talk on Thursdays in October, starting at Tosa PT & Wellness, 9126 W North Ave, at 7:30 a.m. We generally walk around 3 miles, but you can choose your distance and walk longer or shorter. Free, of course!
