Drills like this find the sweet spot of training. Challenging, but not demoralizing. Giving people of all skill levels an opportunity to develop skills under pressure. 🥋💪

Saying Erik’s brown belt is well earned is an understatement. Yes, his Jiu-Jitsu is crafty and highly technical, but he also happens to be an outstanding coach and an even better person. We’re lucky to have him on our mats and proud to be part of his milestone that so few ever reach. Congratulations, Erik, well deserved! 👏🥋

Coach Bob & Coach Jeremy had an amazing opportunity to provide a self-defense workshop at today!

Such an amazing facility and awesome people! Most people living in the Milwaukee area have driven by the world-famous clock tower their entire lives but never get the chance to go inside, so this was an experience we won't forget.

A huge thank you to for making this happen! And a huge thanks to everyone who came out and participated!
