Happy Hour Sculpt starts Friday, October 2 at 5:30 PM!

If you know Crystal, you already know: she’s showing up with the music, the hype, the enthusiasm, and probably a few “you’ve got this” moments right when your legs are questioning every life choice.

Expect strong beats, sweaty sculpt, questionable dance-adjacent moments, and the kind of Friday energy that makes you glad you didn’t go straight home.

And yes, we have a theme for opening night: wear your brightest, loudest, most glow-in-the-dark colors. Neon, white, highlighter anything… if you look like you might light up under a blacklight, you understood the assignment.

After class, stick around for snacks, beverages, and a little post-sculpt hang.

You can work out on your own. But sometimes, you shouldn’t have to figure it all out on your own.

That’s where personal training comes in.

It’s not just having someone stand next to you and count reps. A great trainer is watching the things you might not notice—your form, your movement patterns, where you’re compensating, when you’re ready to progress, and when your body is telling you something needs to change.

Your workouts are built around your body, your goals, and your starting point. And as you get stronger? The plan changes with you.

Push something heavy. Pick something up. Get stronger. Move better. And laugh somewhere in the middle because yes, this is supposed to be fun too.

At Ripple, we’re not interested in making fitness feel like punishment. We’re here to help you build strength that shows up outside the gym too. The kind that makes everyday life feel a little easier and reminds you just how capable you are.

Somewhere along the way, fitness got a whole lot of “rules.” And honestly…we’re not really into them.

You do not need to get in shape before you walk through our doors.

You do not need to know what you’re doing.

You definitely do not need to be flexible to start yoga.
Strength training isn’t reserved for a certain type of person.

And recovery? That counts, too.

At Ripple, we’re much more interested in where you are right now than where you think you’re supposed to be.
