⚠️Iron Fist Fitness will host an all women's vendor event on Saturday, 11/8.

📢📢📢This Saturday, August 9th is a double dose of HYPEFUSION FAB !!! Here's what's happening:

✴️10am class at IFF like usual

✴️Then at 12:00, Nicole Towns and I will host a FREE OUTDOOR HYPEFUSION FAB class kicking off Summer Park Jam with TRUE Skool, Inc. We'll be at the Marcus Performing Center, 929 Water Street. A free yoga class will follow right after at 12:30. Please bring water, mat, and a towel. Nicole and I will bring popsicles to help beat the heat 💦
