Hello Everyone, I hope everyone's has been well. As you may know the Governor of Ohio is allowing gyms and the like to open May 21st. We will be opening back up May 25th. We will have new rules set in place to keep everyone safe. We will also have a new schedule. On the day you come in you will be given a sheet with information so that you will know what is expected. Hope to see everyone back in class. Let's get back to training. Thank you.

Hello everyone,This is Sensei Alvarez. During this time we will still be open. We will be keeping our dojo clean spraying everything down, keeping everything clean. We will do our part but we will need everyone to do their part. We will provide hand sanitizer and hand soap as we are a contact sport. Thank you and stay safe
