Just wanted to introduce everyone to Darlene. She started working with us a little over a month ago and has already started to see a lot of results. She's lost about 11 pounds in a matter of 6 weeks and has also been seeing huge improvements in her quality of life. She's had a nagging limitation for the past 15 years and in 6 weeks with proper programming and strength training she's seeing progress to overcoming these challenges. We're very excited that we get to be a part of her journey!
