ANABOLIC STEAK, RICE & BROCCOLI RECIPE
Ingredients:
⢠6â8 oz lean steak (sirloin or top round)
⢠1 cup cooked white rice
⢠1â2 cups broccoli
⢠1 tbsp olive oil
⢠Salt, pepper, garlic powder
⢠Optional: soy sauce or low-cal marinade
Directions:
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat pan to medium-high, add olive oil.
Cook steak 3â5 minutes per side (depending on thickness). Let rest.
Steam or sautĂŠ broccoli until tender-crisp. Season lightly.
Cook rice (or use prepped rice for convenience).
Plate it up: rice base, broccoli on top, steak on the side.
Pro Tip: Prep 3â4 meals at once to stay locked in all week.
