September Golf for Great Causes at Greenwood Hills
September is a great time for golf at Greenwood Hills, and we love using our sport to help make a difference in the lives of others. We have two wonderful charity events coming up that are looking for a few more teams to complete their fields.

Cruise FORE a Cure
The Cruise FORE a Cure is a charity golf event raising money for the Marshfield Cancer Research Institute. Greenwood Hills member Adedayo Onitilo has helped bring this meaningful event to Greenwood Hills, and we are proud to be a part of it.

The Inaugural Tommy Open
The Wanserski Foundation was created three years ago with one simple hope: to honor Tommy by loving people the way he did.

Since 2023, the foundation has had the incredible privilege of walking alongside four families in our community during some of life's most difficult moments. While each of the families supported so far has been facing a brain-related illness, the foundation's vision has always been bigger than that.

As this young foundation continues to grow, so will its ability to extend acts of service and kindness to individuals and families wherever there is a need.

Tommy believed in showing up for people. He loved fiercely and had a way of making everyone feel seen, welcomed, and important.

This September, we are proud to introduce the Inaugural Tommy Open, held in honor of Tom "Tommy" Wanserski and the beautiful life he lived.

Most importantly, the Tommy Open exists to raise funds that will allow the Wanserski Foundation to continue growing its mission. Every golfer, sponsor, volunteer, and donation helps the foundation say "yes" to more families, more acts of kindness, more support, and more opportunities to make a meaningful difference in our community.

We hope you'll consider putting together a team and joining us. Golf is always better when it brings people together, and this event helps provide our community with support for those in need of it.

The Next Great Raffle Is Coming to Greenwood Hills!

After months of planning and working out all the details, we are proud to announce the Bags, Booms, and Booze Charity Raffle, benefiting the Greenwood Hills Youth Golf Scholarship Program!

We would like to extend a huge thank-you to Chase Outdoors, Jim Kryshak Jewelers, and J&P's Tippling House for their generous contributions and support in helping bring this fantastic event to life.

Good News! We only have a handful of openings for this fabulous event. Call Stephanie at 715-409-6684 to reserve your team spot. This fund raiser has paid for dozens of our area veterans to participate in the Never Forgotten Honor Flight. This is a wonderful event. Its done right, and for the right reasons. Looking for a great day on the course while supporting an even greater cause? Greenwood Hills is proud to host Cruise FORE a Cause on September 14th, with proceeds benefiting cancer research at Marshfield Clinic.

Who's ready for summer??!!
After months of planning, followed by months of work by many talented LOCAL tradesmen. We are proud to open our new pool facility to our many members and their guests. It took 4 weeks longer than expected, but let us tell you that it was worth the wait. Thank you to everyone involved in this amazing process. Lewis Construction, Brandenburg Plumbing, Siefert Electric, B&L Iron Decor/Olde Iron Shoppe, Inspired by Design, Crystal Finishing, Carpet City, Carrico Pools, Splash Pools, Mitch King Excavating, and our Architect Patrick Eagan. Its been a pleasure watching you all do what you do best.

Life is Good folks and getting to witness professionals do what they do best makes it better.
