Congratulatrions to former Tribute Classic Junior Champions Ted Schlindwein and Russ Harder who led their respective Wausau East and Wausau West boys golf teams as both area teams quailied for the WIAA sectional event next week Tuesday at Troy Byrne GC in Hudson.

The regional event held at Rivers Edge GC in Marshfield was plagued with poor weather as it took a total of 7 hours to complete just 9 holes of the schedulded 18 hole competion before the decision was made to shorten the event due to more incoming weather.

Trapp River and Tribute golf courses are the home of The Wausau East boys team

Trapp River is hosting the TWO DAY Wisconsin Junior Golf Tour event next week Thursday and Friday July 13th and 14th.

​Wisconsin Junior Golf Tour is a Development Tour for Juniors!
Junior golfers (age 5-18) can develop their competitive skills and experience playing from age-appropriate tees with an emphasis on the rules of golf in events to prepare juniors for higher level tournament play. A point system for end-of-year awards adds to the experience.

WE ARE TRYING OUR BEST TO KEEP THIS TOUR ABOUT THE KIDS! WITH THAT IN MIND, THERE IS NO YEARLY tour registration FEE and the events are priced fairly at about $25 PER 9-hole TOURNAMENT.
