Monday September 7th Labor Day if you are in need of a work out and your gym is not open come check us out at Franck’s Gym. Kyle will be cover the counter from 9 Am to 3 Pm ready to provide you with a day pass or get you signed up so you never have to worry about getting your workout in. For all of our regular members enjoy your 24/7 access and your holiday.

Join us tomorrow for special Grill N chill! EMERGENCY Grill Out (EGO) 😊✅ for two wonderful reasons! First a nice farewell to our awesome college folks, hopefully y’all rock Dean’s List this semester!! Secondly, we got a full line of new Precor Strength Training equipment (the 12 new machines are just beautiful and amazing)! Come help break them in and eat smoked/grilled fooooods!! Kyle and Joey will be grillin’ all day!!!
