A lot going on at Lincoln County Sports Club. They're kicking off the 2026 season with an awesome event for the whole family on May 9th. Bring your kids to the range to hunt for a teddy bear/African safari stuffed animal. Bag 'em and tag 'em! The event is open to all members and non-members.

April newsletter highlights

Spring is close and the shooting range will officially open on May 9,2026. We had a great turnout this winter for the Frozen Fingers weekends. Thank you to the volunteers and RSO’s for supporting the Club this winter.

Speaking of opening weekend, we will be having some special events on Saturday May 9th. We will start the day off at 9am-11am with our 2nd annual Teddy Bear Hunt for the kids. Registration starts at 8:30am. The kids and parents will be guided in the LCSC forest to hunt Teddy Bears and maybe even some wild African animals. Cost is $20, the children receive a hunting license, game tag and a chance to bag a bear or animal. So please join us and enjoy the hunt with the entire family. The Club will provide free hotdogs, chips and water/soda.

The shooting range will be open for both Saturday and Sunday May 9th and 10th. Saturday hours will be from 11am to 4pm and Sunday 12pm to 4pm.

We will begin our regular open range hours starting on Sunday May 10th. Those days and times are: Sunday 12pm to 4pm, Wednesday for 12pm-4pm and Friday 8am to 12pm. A big thank you to all of the volunteers and RSO’s that make the range safe and enjoyable. -Mike H.
