We love getting feedback from customers. Kevin did not originally purchase the decktred kit through us. He ordered through the website. He came to me because he was unhappy with the traction cleats, because they were thin. I let him know that because we are an independent dealer we buy our diamond plate locally in Wisconsin and went with thicker material. We made be up 6 more traction cleats and will be shipping them out tomorrow! Fun fact if you are thinking about ordering decktred please do from us. Our diamond plate trim and traction cleats are thicker and our trim comes in 8ft pieces.
