The Waupun HS program is honored to announce the retirement of Barb Schmitt's #12 jersey at this year's Alumni Day on October 4th.
In the mid 80's, Barb led her teams to 3 straight Little 10 Conference Championships (84,85,86) and in 1985 won the Class A Regional and Sectional titles which advanced her team to State for the first time in our program history. In 1984 Barb was 2nd team all-conference pitcher and 1st team in 1985 and 1986.
This year we began recognizing some of our outstanding players throughout our 50-year history and Barb's #12 jersey is the second in what will be a long line of honorees.
We invite all in our community to Jerry Medea Softball Complex at noon on October 4th to Celebrate Barb, Cory Peterson our Legacy Award recipient, and our storied programs amazing alumni!

We are one month from celebrating 50 years of Warrior HS Softball on October 4th. Alumni Day!
Any and all HS softball alumni please sign up so we can have enough T-shirts for all who attend.
The alumni game starts at noon.

The WGSA is honored to announce Cory Peteson as this year's Legacy Award recipient. His over decade long commitment to our softball program is what the WGSA is proud to celebrate. His dedication to coaching rec ball, travel ball, to his role as concession stand director and board member were integral parts of the growth and development of our program and young girls. Thank you for all that he has done to help continue the WGSA tradition of serving our girls and their families.

Come down to the fields on October 4th to celebrate Cory as well as our Alumni. All the festivities will begin at Noon.

What a great season our girls delivered to us all! Brought home the second place trophy and a ton of amazing memories! A special thanks to our Seniors, Hannah Bade, Addison Braun, Leah Buwalda, and Aubrey Farley. What a legacy your dedication has brought to our Post 210 legion softball.
