Wauna Fit Club This is a FREE Fit Club at Waunakee High School at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday mornings. ALL fitness levels are welcome!!! Different workout each week!

This is a FREE fit club started by Team Beachbody Diamond Coach, Sara Thompson, in August of 2013. It is now facilitated by Team Beachbody Emerald Coach, Lara Herman. WFC meets most Saturday mornings at 8:30 at Waunakee High School in the small commons (main door #1). Be sure to check this WFC page before you head out to meet us for the workout so you know what equipment to bring, if any. To get o
