I have been MIA on here since summer and I apologize!

Working with the high school ladies, keeping up with my clients and family has been my focus.

Time to get back to posting and sharing workouts, mindset and nutrition tips with you all.

I did a quick kettlebell finisher today and wanted to share it with you. I love these things. Simple and effective.

I chose 5 bells of different sizes, 1 movement and 10 reps. Get through 3-5 rounds and rest as needed!
